Located in Dunkirk harbour L'Estouffade offers cosy, romantic dining and is often packed. The restaurant offers an a la mode menu of primarily fish and seafood and the locals seem to love it so that has to be a very good indicator of the quality of the food.

There's also a lovely view to enjoy of the Duchesse Anne, a huge 3 masted sailing vessel permanently moored outside the port museum.
